For all appointments and enquiries, please contact us on (03) 9017 6800.
Our practice hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excepting public holidays) but we can be available at other times and venues to suit.
We are located on the corner of Bank Place and Little Collins Street. Entrance to Stalbridge
Chambers via Little Collins Street.
We recommend parking at the RACV Club parking on New Chancery Lane. Street parking on Queen Street or Little Collins Street may also be available.
We are located at Level 1, Suites 1 & 2/443 Little Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria,
on the corner of Bank Place and Little Collins Street. Entrance to Stalbridge Chambers via Little Collins Street.
Public Transport:
We can be reached by public transport via the Collins St tram (closest stop corner of Collins & William Street) or Bourke St tram (stop outside Officeworks).
Once you have booked an appointment with us, we will provide you an instruction sheet which you can fill out in advance of the meeting. If you have any family trusts or companies, please also bring the associated documentation (trust deeds, company summaries) with you.
We aim to see all clients within one to two weeks. If your matter is urgent, please let us know.
We understand your time is valuable. Occasionally unexpected delays will occur but we strive for punctuality. You will contacted if circumstances dictate.
Please call us on 03 9017 6800, 24-hours in advance, if you need to cancel an appointment or if you are delayed for more than 15 minutes.
There is not a charge rendered for the first consultation as it will be necessary to understand the scope of the advice sought and for it to be established if both parties are prepared to proceed further.
Anticipated costs are subject to a detailed costs agreement which requires execution prior to a financial obligation being incurred.

Bank Transfer – Clients can make a transfer direct to our nominated account.
Cheque – Clients can make out a cheque to Tony Kelly Lawyer & Estate Planner
Credit Card – We can process card payments via telephone (AMEX not available).
