Who do I call for appointments and where do I park?

Our practice hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excepting public holidays) but other times and venues to suit.
We are located on the Cnr Bank Place and Little Collins Street. Entrance to Stalbridge

Visitors have two parking options. The first is “Secure Parking @ 221 Queens”, on the corner of Little Collins Street and Queens Street (221 Queens Street). The second is “Secure Parking at St James Square”, on the corner of Bourke and William (555 Bourke Street).

What should I bring on my first appointment?
- A completed new client form
- All account relevant information
- All current company and family trust information
- All relevant bank materials
If you do not fill in your printable new client form before hand (see client forms), please arrive 5 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment to do this.
How long does it take to get in to see Tony Kelly?
Tony aims to see all clients within one to two weeks and urgent patients within 7 days if their referrer calls. Please ask your referrer to contact our staff if you require an urgent appointment.
Does Tony usually run on time?
We understand your time is valuable. Occasionally unexpected delays will occur but we strive for punctuality. You will contacted if circumstances dictate.
Please call us on 03 9017 6800, 24-hours in advance, if you need to cancel an appointment or if you are delayed for more than 20 minutes.
How much is the first consultation?
There is not a charge rendered for the first consultation as it will be necessary to understand the scope of the advice sought and for it to be established if both parties are prepared to proceed further.
Anticipated costs are subject to a detailed costs agreement which requires execution prior to a financial obligation being incurred.

What type of payment streams are there?
Bank Transfer – Clients can make a transfer direct to our nominated account.
Credit Card – Clients can use our terminal credit card facilities for transactions.
