Troubleshooting

If you are having problems with connecting to the virtual boardroom please choose your device below and follow instructions.

iOS mobiles/iPAD tablet
Safari browser is the preferred browser it is the default browser.
Step 1: Goto setting on your phone
Step 2: Scroll down and click “Safari”
Step 3: Ensure that “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking”, “Block All Cookies”, “Fraudulent Website Warning” and Motion & Orientation Access are GREY.  Ensure that “Camera & Microphone Access” is GREEN.
Step 5: Enter your name and click continue
Step 6: Click join conversation with “Audio + Video”
Step 7: Press “Allow” to the alert “”Vetera.com” Would Like to Access the Microphone and Camera”
Step 8: Press on the alert that says “Autoplay seems to be disabled in your browser settings. Enable autoplay or click anywhere to resume video”
Step 9: If you can see yourself click “Join Conversation”
Step 9A: If you cannot see yourself click “choose and test cam/mic”
Step 10: You will need to wait for me to accept your access
Step 5: Click accept share microphone and video which will be at the top

Mac Computer
Chrome browser is the preferred browser you can download it at https://www.google.com/chrome/.
Step 2: Click “Audio + video”
Step 3: Click “Join conversation”
Step 4: (You will need to wait for me to accept your access)
Step 5: Click accept share microphone and video which will be at the top
